As a training professional, who was sceptical of virtual delivery) I did an online subject specific virtual instructor course with Lee Marsh of Bruche Associates and was blown away with it, it was one of the best professional development courses I have ever done. Highly recommended
— Ian C (freelance consultant)
Never been a fan of online training, didn’t believe if was as valid as classroom. Lee was accepting of peoples views and engaged with everyone which was interesting to observe on Teams. Lee uses a term ‘virtual classroom training isn’t better or worse than physical classroom training it’s just different’ I found this hard to believe, however have gone away and delivered virtual training via Teams, Zoom and Webex I have discovered this to be true. Its not the delivery platform (physical or virtual) that makes the training good, its the trainers abilities. Lee has outstanding virtual delivery skills, the best I have personally seen, but he has enabled me to develop as a trainer regardless of my deliver mode. Cannot recommend Lee highly enough.
