The fact that Bruche Associates is a family-run business overseen by Lee and Joanne Marsh adds a personal touch to the company’s operations. With over 35 years of combined experience in Risk, Safety & Health Management, also operational experience in Training & Development, Lee and Joanne bring a wealth of expertise to the table.

Lee’s background as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the 1990s provides valuable insights into emergency response and medical services. Transitioning into Health & Safety Management with ICI Paints in 2001 demonstrates his adaptability and dedication to promoting safety, health and welfare in different industries.

The consultancy’s focus on Health & Safety and Continual Improvement demonstrates we not only ensure compliance and safety but also strive to enhance the performance and efficiency of the organisations we work with.
