One in four people feel lonely some or all of the time.
- There’s no single cause
- There’s no one solution
After all, we’re all different! The longer someone feels lonely, the more they are at risk of mental health problems and some individuals are also at higher risk of feeling more lonely than others.
This years Mental Health Awareness Week is all about raising awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental health and the practical steps we can take to address it.
