We are continuing to invest in training aids to enable those learning first aid to gain both skills and confidence, our latest investment is a choking manikin.
Todays learners on an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course got so much more skill and confidence from this anatomically correct manikin, far more than with simulation choking vests that other learners have to wear. Another upside is that it helped develop these skills whilst social distancing.
