We all experience stress in different ways and different situations in both our personal and professional lives. Stress Awareness Week is an opportunity for Bruche Associates Limited to flag up some useful tips and advice on how to recognise the signs and manage stress before it becomes a problem.
Tips:
- Reflect on and evaluate your day
- Create your own good vibes playlist
- Acknowledge stress exists and work with it, use the feelings as a positive motivator
- Sleep and time management are related – try to get a good nights sleep.
- Reduce stress by engaging in movement, i.e. walk, run, cycle etc…
