Just had a great phone call with one of our clients. After the site rolled out two years ago a behavioural safety programme in association with Bruche Associates, a visit yesterday by their senior Directors of their international owners observed a positive safety interaction between two employees on their site walk round. The CEO, COO and CFO where so impressed with this observation they have nominated the employee for one of their annual Chairman’s awards.
