Bruche Associates are fortunate enough to be in a position where we have the opportunity to positively influence people’s behaviours and attitudes by the power of conversation, training and coaching.
One of our clients (Jordan) has recently shared some of his own experiences on having a positive and effective behavioural based conversations.
“My industry sector is manufacturing, heavy engineering. The amazing thing about these conversations shown to us by Lee at Bruche Associates is that they can be applied at work, home, shops, with kids, in the street, on holiday etc. The only limitations are our own personal limitations which are typically a lack of confidence, stepping outside our comfort zone and/or choosing not to get involved for whatever reason.

The differences we have seen in the person recognising the hazards of the job and to actually say the words themselves has made some of the biggest differences in our safety culture and observable behaviours of our colleagues.
One of the many things I have taken from the Behavioural Training and Coaching is quite simple really, ‘go out there and catch somebody doing something right, then say thank you’.”
